COLD & FLU - organic dried rosemary, lavender, and orange peel with organic essential oil blend of eucalyptus, lemon, tea tree, lavender and frankincense.
UPLIFTING - organic dried rosemary and orange peel with organic essential oil blend of eucalyptus, lemongrass, orange, and lime.
RELAXATION - organic dried lavender and chamomile with organic essential oil blend of bergamot, lavender, clary sage, frankincense, and cedarwood.
BODY ACHES - organic dried rosemary, lavender, chamomile, and orange peel with organic essential oil blend of eucalyptus, orange, lavender, frankincense, and cedarwood.
**HOW TO USE**
1. Add about 1/4 cup to 1 cup (2-8oz) per bath up to 3 times per week.
2. Add bath salts when tub is full of hot water and mix around with your hand (essential oils evaporate easily when heated so their aroma tends to dissipate faster then synthetic fragrances).
3. To reap the maximum benefits from your bath salts, allow yourself to soak for at least 20-30 minutes.
